We offer DIRECT BOOKING to guests and booking through a short-term rental platform, Airbnb. There are benefits to both, and we are pleased to provide both options to guests!
Direct Booking allows guests to book directly with us, the hosts. This saves the guests money as they do not have to pay the platform fees. Nightly rental prices, taxes, a cleaning fee and deposit are collected.
With direct bookings, we utilize email, phone calls, and messaging for communication. This allows for greater ease of correspondence, as well as more open and responsive communication. A short-term rental agreement contract is reviewed and signed by both parties. Guests are required to submit state issued photo identification. The short-term rental agreement will include cancellation and refund policy, as well as verbiage on agreed upon rental rates, taxes, cleaning fees, and deposit.
Minimum of 50% of payment total is due at time of booking and remaining 50% of payment is due 14 days prior to scheduled reservation; this is further detailed in the contract. Payment is made through Venmo, Cashapp or check. Deposit is returned to guests within 5 business days after final day of stay.
